I've spent more than 15 years in the finishing room, on film, series and large-scale live events across the Arab world. As Post Supervisor and Colorist at Katara Studios, I oversee the whole post pipeline, from VFX through color to delivery.
I was part of the post team behind the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Opening Ceremony, the FIFA Arab Cup in 2021 and 2025, and the AFC Asian Cup opening.
My roots are in compositing and motion graphics, built between Cairo and Doha, so I speak every language in the room, creative and technical. I also build the tools and automated workflows that help the team work smarter: dropmedia.io, a suite of browser-based post-production tools, along with scripts, DCTLs and AI-assisted solutions to the problems post keeps throwing up.
